1. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! International orders have shipping rates with DHL.

Carosaccesorios is responsible until your order is delivered to DHL and they generate the tracking number.

2. I am concerned about size. WHAT I CAN DO?

Send an email to info@carosaccesorios.com or DM in the Instagram account @carosaccesorios with your order number and required size of necklace, bracelet, o ring,

(Use a flexible tape measure and go around your tight wrist, or finger)

3. What materials are your jewelry made from?

Currently, most of our jewelry and accessories are from Copper, Sterling Silver, Gold Plated and some 100% nickel free. Please refer to the individual product page for a detailed breakdown of the material.

Gold-plated jewelry quickly fades and, depending on the base material, may rust. However, gold-filled jewelry will last 2-5 years with care and may be easier to wear with slow wear.

4. WHAT CURRENCY IS YOUR WEBSITE IN?

All our products are shown in US dollars.

5. CAN I PUT MY BRACELET / NECKLACE / EARRINGS ON WATER?

Most of our crystal bracelets are safe to wear in water, except the ones mentioned that come with silver, gold plated dividers. This will allow longer use of the item if water is avoided. Our materials for our necklaces are mostly filled with gold UNLESS stated otherwise! The same goes for our earrings. You can use them in the water, but if possible remove them just so they can last longer!
